Privacy Policy
Solomon does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code inside the app. Everything you write stays on your device.
1. Information we collect
None. Solomon has no sign-up, no login and no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other identifier, and we have no server that could receive them.
The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or advertising software, and no third-party libraries of any kind.
2. Where your content lives
The quotes, passages and notes you add — along with any dates you plan them for — are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. They are kept in a container shared between the app and its widgets so that a widget can display them.
This content is never uploaded, synced or transmitted anywhere. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else.
3. Notifications
If you allow notifications, Solomon schedules them locally on your device. There is no push server involved and no device token is created or sent. The reminder is generated and delivered entirely on your iPhone or iPad.
You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings, or from within the app.
4. Preferences
Settings such as whether you have completed onboarding, and your notification preferences, are saved locally on your device using Apple's standard preference storage. They are used only to make the app behave the way you left it, and are not shared with us or anyone else.
5. Sharing and third parties
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. Solomon does not sell, rent or disclose data to third parties. No advertising networks, data brokers, analytics providers or AI services receive anything from the app.
6. Deleting your content
You can delete any saved line from within the app. When you delete one, it is first marked as deleted on your device rather than erased immediately, so that a removal can be undone. Either way it never leaves your device.
Deleting the app from your device removes all of its content permanently. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, this deletes everything.
7. Children
Solomon is safe for all ages in this respect: it collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. There is nothing for a child to sign up for and nothing that leaves the device.
8. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR, the LGPD and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or erase the personal data a company holds about you. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete. Your content is already entirely under your control on your own device.
9. Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example if optional iCloud sync is added in a future version — this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
